Hey @Doug! Thanks for your comment. Why do you think my story is missing the topics you mentioned?

As explained in the story, we were hiring Senior Fullstack JavaScript engineers. That means people with experience that would allow us to move forward building quality software without prior training.

The onboarding, design process, documents, training, etc. topics you mentioned are irrelevant to the story in my point of view. Simply because the candidates haven't got the skills and they just "pretended" to be seniors.

The requirements (tech stack/frameworks) were clearly mentioned in the job offer description, yet some candidates decided to apply without really meeting the requirements.
